Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Dharohara Vidya account (app ID com.dharoharavidya.app) and all of the data associated with it. You can do this yourself from inside the app, or request it from us directly.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

The fastest way. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Open the Dharohara Vidya app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm when prompted. Your account and data are erased right away.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the app

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Email a deletion request

Send it to support@dharoharavidya.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email address registered to your account (so we can verify it's really you). We complete verified requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your identity is permanently and irreversibly removed:

Your account and sign-in credentials
Your profile — name, display name, email, date of birth, gender, mobile number, and avatar
Every reflection you wrote, both private and public
Your bookmarks and reading progress
Your points, streaks, and leaderboard standing
Likes you gave to other people's reflections

What is kept

Nothing that can identify you. We retain only fully anonymised, aggregate statistics (for example, a count of total daily active users) that cannot be linked back to you. If any records must be kept briefly to meet a legal obligation, they are isolated and deleted as soon as that obligation ends.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you'd like a copy of your data first, use Download my data in the app before deleting.
